Place a rock over a well to help prevent animals from contaminating the water and for a more pleasing look. Rocks should be set on mulch so they cannot freeze as easily to the ground, making winter servicing a simple task. Cut the vent pipe down so it is a min. of 6″ above ground. Place a grate on top.Then put a rock for vent pipes over pipe. With our rock having hidden air holes, the pipe will still get air.
